After 2 successful quarters taking photos for their JW Marriott Dimension publication. It is the same for the third one. This time it is all about the upcoming Ramadan month in June and July. And, it was a coincidence too with their new Chef (Chef Mulyadi) who moved from Hilton Jeddah and introduced many Middle Eastern cuisine for Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr buffet style meal at Marriott Cafe.

Similarly with Marriott Cafe, they also have new Kebab menu for their Prime Steakhouse. For this shoot, I decided to just doing it at the restaurant and ask the Chef to do live cooking of the Kebab. The result turned out not too bad, considering how dark the place is which actually gave different type of environment to the whole photos.
Besides Ramadan, they will also serve Singapore Food Festival menu in Marriott Cafe Buffet throughout month of August. And the food that I shoot are the famous Singapore Chilli Crab and also Singapore Laksa. They will offer other Singapore cuisine too beside these two.
Lastly, We also did several shoot for Jade Restaurant new menu and also the Chef profile photo and also took photo in their Big Function room for their ‘Buka Bersama’ promotion.
